Booking policy

Payment

Full payment is taken at the time of booking via secure card payment, or by bank transfer for longer stays. We never store card details.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund between 30 and 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days, the booking is non-refundable.

Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later times can usually be arranged on request.

A refundable security deposit is requested on arrival and released within 48 hours of departure.
